How to Order?
Drop us a message on any of our official accounts and we will provide you with instructions on how to place an order. Please be advised that all our products are available on a pre-order basis. However, we are not limiting the possibilities of putting some items on hand. Rest assured we will keep you updated on our stock quantity and availability.
Once the order is placed, a confirmation message will be sent to the email provided within 1-3 days. If you did not receive any updates, contact us at hello@augustofficielle.com.

Production and Delivery Lead Time
As our items are coming from another country, the lead time for production and delivery will be longer than usual. Our open cart will run for two (2) weeks to give you ample time to think before purchasing. It will take about a week or two (2) for our brands to process and complete orders. The average lead time for delivery will be 4-6 weeks upon closing the cart or pre-order period. The exact local shipping time will depend on different factors like the product origin and delivery restrictions. Due to the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic, there are incidents beyond our control causing delays in delivery. We sincerely apologize in advance for the inconvenience this may cause.
If you miss a delivery and/or haven’t received any update after a month of purchase, please contact us.

Shipping and Payment Methods
Acceptable payment methods are through Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank), GCash, and PayPal. Credit card holders may use PayPal to purchase, however, please note there is a transaction fee of approximately 5-7% of the total price.
There will be two rounds of payment: (1) You will need to pay for the item price. International shipping fee already included, (2) Once the products arrive, you will need to pay for the shipping cost of your chosen local courier plus the customs fee.
Shipping Methods: Standard Delivery Service (LBC, J&T Express); Rush and On-Demand Delivery (Lalamove, Grab, Mr. Speedy); Cash-On-Delivery and Same Day Delivery options are available for our on-hand items only
