What is the return and/or exchange policy?

Before submitting the order form, you will be asked to confirm your ordered items. This means that you are certain of the items placed. However, if you have a change of heart and would like to change your items, we can still accommodate your request if we haven’t placed the final orders to the suppliers or closed the order batch that you are in. Kindly message us if you want to do so.  If we have already placed the orders, we can no longer provide you with any refunds or requests to change. 

 

 

We make sure that all our items are properly checked and packed before handing them to our local courier, but in times of unavoidable circumstances and these items have been mishandled and damaged during the shipment, we can process a refund or replacement. Just please make sure that you have proper documentation i.e., pictures or videos, and please message us as soon as possible.

 

Please note that we don’t offer any refund or replacement due to any minimal imperfections of our products. These are all handmade and they may have air bubbles, minimal dots, marks, and or uneven printing.

Requested Items

As for now, we are limited to importing products from South Korea. But we are willing to work with different suppliers coming from different parts of the world, especially here in the Philippines. We promise to give you updates on any collaborations in the future.  

 

You can message us your wish list, or any requested, or dream items and we will work on it.

Do you have any physical stores? 

As much as we want to have but we are only through online transactions at present.
